about annette

Annette has been teaching fitness in and around the Philadelphia area since 2013. A NASM-certified personal trainer and pilates reformer instructor (Balanced Body), Annette has taught a wide range of fitness styles including pilates, dance cardio, HIIT, bootcamps, and circuit training, but she has always gravitated to rebounding as her favorite form of movement.   

She believes fitness should be challenging and approachable and works hard to create a space where people feel motivated and accomplished, whatever level they’re starting from. Annette brings a high-energy flow to each class, focusing on full body movement and proper technique, while creating an environment that feels dynamic and fun!

Classes are 50 minutes in length and are taught in a circuit style, mixing intervals of jumping on the rebounder with intervals of sculpting with various props or weights. Expect a full-body workout with fun combinations and heart raising intervals, mixed with more static moments where the focus is strength training and balance through functional movement.

We know that rebounding, while a whole lot of fun, can feel intimidating at first, so we work to make each class accessible with modifications and adjustments so you can personalize your movements for your level of fitness and growth. As with learning anything new, rebounding is a process and it may take a few classes until you find your groove. 

We ask that all new jumpers arrive to class at least 5+ minutes early so we can go over an introduction on how to jump safely and efficiently so you’re ready to join the class. (Please note: new jumpers will not be allowed to join in late once a class has started.)

 

What to Bring

We jump barefoot, but you are also welcome to wear grip-socks if you are more comfortable. Also, grab your water bottle and a sweat towel (many of our classes are pop-up offerings and we can’t guarantee there will be a hydration station available).

Currently classes are offered as pop up sessions for $32 per class.

As we continue to grow and build a more consistent schedule, we expect to offer class packages in the near future.

Cancellation Policy

To retain your class credit, cancellations must be made online or in the app up to 10 hours before the scheduled class start.

To be fair to all clients, no exceptions or refunds will be made if a client fails to cancel before the allocated 10-hour window.

*To avoid the risk of an unexpected conflict, illness, or emergency causing a late cancellations, feel free to book classes at the last minute. 

Waitlist Policy

If a spot in a full class becomes available, the system will automatically offer the opportunity to all names on the waitlist. The first person to book will get the spot. Please make sure you have your communication options up to date so you receive notifications in a timely manner.
